When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, all items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
The XL beds are made to order and cant take up to 3 weeks.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once shipped, generally our products take 2-4 business days to arrive. Please note, regional, rural destinations may take longer. Please allow extra time during sale and holiday periods.
What is the cost of shipping?
For small and medium beds, shipping is €5; for large and extra-large beds, shipping is €10.
Orders shipped outside of Ireland (including to the UK) may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price
