Return Policy
How can I return an item?
We accept returns of unused beds and in brand new condition. To initiate return, please request it within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] for return instructions. Please note that shipping item back to our Bedpet warehouse will be at customer expense. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email.
After inspection, if the item is unused and in brand new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer to set up exchange instead, let us know at [email protected]
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank account
Please note: items made to order (Extra Large beds) and marked as final sale are not eligible for returns and exchanges
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] – We’ll do our best to adjust your order before it’s processed, but once it has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
